/p h3Your Impact /h3 pFacilitate Agile team events and iterative development cycles for software and automation components, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, deliverables, and adherence to agreed processes within a complex engineering environment.
Guide team members and stakeholders in Agile ways of working, promoting accountability, ownership, effective collaboration, transparency, and a results-driven team culture.
Drive continuous improvement by facilitating reviews and retrospectives, identifying improvement opportunities, tracking action plans, and enhancing delivery quality, efficiency, and team effectiveness.
Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and impediments by identifying delivery challenges, coordinating with related teams, resolving blockers where possible, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
Collaborate closely with software engineers, automation specialists, system architects, validation teams, and other stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery status while supporting team-level outcomes within established Agile frameworks.
