Define supplier strategy fully aligned with business strategies, covering spend, targets, negotiations, RFX projects, and spend pooling while ensuring effective stakeholder communication throughout execution.
Relentlessly drive impact on the bottom and top line through supplier performance development, applying negotiation techniques and actively promoting supplier development programmes.
/ppImplement defined negotiation roadmaps, target setting, and business reviews, orchestrating supplier?related activities and communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure a consistent supplier approach.
Encourage suppliers to provide innovation, facilitating early involvement and related decision making.
Ensure operational impact through compliance, contract and risk management,



identifying and updating supplier segmentation for critical parameters such as risk, sole source, spend, and data security annually.
Ensure full compliance regarding sustainability and regulatory requirements, managing supplier contracting according to defined standards and procedures.
Conduct supplier risk assessments and define, track, and manage corresponding mitigation and contingency plans in alignment with business objectives.
