As a Planner, you will shape and maintain the Master Plan and Project Schedule to align all activities with contractual milestones.
You will work within the Project Management Team to ensure cross-functional consistency and monitor progress across the programme.
You analyze critical paths, propose mitigations, and support engineering planning and progress reporting.
This role offers visibility into major shipbuilding initiatives within a strategic JV between industry leaders.
You will be based in Genova or Ollioules and collaborate with international teams to drive timely delivery.

Build and verify the Main Project Schedule against contractual requirements
Prepare, update and monitor the Master Plan as a reference for all functions
Analyze critical paths and propose mitigation or alternative actions
Monitor programme progress using supplier documents and deviation evidence
Develop programmatic simulations on key topics or strategic feasibility
Collaborate with functions to integrate detailed programmes and critical paths
Assist BID director in preliminary Master Plan development
Assist Accounting and Administration in cash-flow planning based on interim payments and invoices
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
Strong English proficiency (written and spoken); French/Italian a plus
Proficient in Excel; capable of creating Gantt charts
Good knowledge of SAP; familiarity with Oracle Primavera and MS Project preferred
Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork orientation, flexibility
Willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
