As an Associate in our Global Markets – Finance Regulatory practice, you will work on equity capital markets transactions and regulatory matters for issuers, shareholders, and financial institutions.
You'll collaborate across disciplines and offices on complex, cross-border matters, guiding listed companies through ongoing governance and regulatory requirements.

Advising on equity capital markets transactions (IPOs, secondary offerings, rights issues,



capital increases)
Assisting listed companies with ongoing corporate and regulatory matters
Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas and offices on multidisciplinary, cross-border matters
Supporting and supervising junior team members where appropriate
Degree in Law with excellent academic record
Minimum 3 years PQE in equity capital markets, listed companies regulation and related corporate matters
Experience at a leading Italian or international law firm
