/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLearn to program fire detection, access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems.
/li liLearn to program supervision systems which control the field equipment.
/li liInteract with the Project Manager to collect the information for the development of the software.
/li liDeliver support services by using remote connections to customer systems via web tool, phone, other communication media, or site visit.
/li liPerform assigned service and commissioning activities using innovative digital solutions and tools (developed by HQ).
/li liProvide operational assistance and application support.
/li liDiagnose, clarify, and resolve technical problems.
/li liClarify events, analyse trace and diagnostic information, provide information about findings to solve the issue and give guidance for next steps.




/li /ul h3Required entry qualifications /h3 ul liYou are under 30 years of age in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
/li liYou are a fresh graduate or have a technical academic background.
/li liYou hold an ITS degree.
/li liProficiency in English and Italian.
/li liTeam player ability with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
/li liAbility to work in a changing environment.
/li liPassion to keep growing.
