The Project
At Cluxter, we are structuring our new integrated operational platform: a smart ecosystem built on Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and AI that will connect the entire product lifecycle (Client ? Project ? Product ? Prototyping ? Sampling ? Costing ? Industrialization ? Production ? Quality Control ? Delivery).
We are looking for a student, recent graduate, or Junior profile eager to lead this digital transformation with us, building operational tools and automated workflows from scratch.
What you will do:
Develop and optimize databases, workflows, and automations within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment.
Build monitoring dashboards and data analysis tools to support operations.
Experiment with and integrate AI solutions (e.g., Copilot Studio, APIs) into business workflows.
Requirements & Skills:
Strong interest in AI,



automation, and Digital Transformation.
Proficiency in Excel and structured data management.
Familiarity with or strong interest in Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Microsoft Lists / SharePoint.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Python, API integration, Copilot Studio, and the Azure environment.
