Responsibilities
Conduct on-site installation guidance, debugging and grid connection of the company's products, and related tests during the acceptance of the service project.
Carry out romote online support and the on-site service when necessary.
Investigate customer satisfaction and collect feedback information on the use of TBEA products.
Attending meetings with customer when necessary. Skills Requirements * Major in Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics and other related fields * Previous experience in PV industry and equipment, electrical expertise, after-sales service, on-site operation and related experience * Ability to travel frequently, * Ability to work under pressure * Dedication to problem solving * Good knowledge of Power Electronics and MV electrical equipments
