How you’ll make an impact
- Evaluating, selecting and applying standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform tasks for conventional projects with few complex features.
- Acting as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline.
- Collaborating on project installation, commissioning and site activities, clarifying potential issues and providing technical support.
- Assisting in creating proposals for projects through coordination of proposal documents and engineering estimates and performing risk analysis before submitting proposals.
- Overseeing the creation of subcontract and managing subcontractors jointly with other involved functions, including supply chain management.
- Ensuring engineering activities comply with required safety regulations and contractual requirements.
- Leading and coordinating teams in all engineering disciplines (both in-house and outsourced) on low complexity projects. Leading single or multi-discipline engineering teams of less than 5 people.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degre in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
- 5/7 years of relevant previous work experience in GIS (gas insulated switchgear) and/or AIS (air insulated switchgear) and/or EPC power plants.
- Able to work with different and multiple stakeholders, proven expertise in coordination of projects and people.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Italian

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
- Starting from: 52,700 € gross annual
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
