We are seeking a motivated Procurement Specialist to join our EPC business, based in Milan.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the delivery of renewable energy projects by supporting procurement and logistics activities throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, site teams and internal functions to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing and delivery of materials to construction sites.

You will play an important role in maintaining accurate material flows, supporting supplier coordination and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, internal procedures and project schedules.

Your role will encompass:

- Supporting procurement activities for EPC materials and equipment, including modules, inverters, structures and MV/HV components.
- Managing RFQs,



collecting and analysing supplier quotations, and contributing to supplier evaluation and commercial negotiation activities.
- Preparing and administering purchase orders and related procurement documentation, including the relevant activities in SAP.
- Monitoring supplier performance, delivery schedules and quality requirements, escalating potential issues and delays when required.
- Supporting the preparation and collection of procurement documentation required for tender participation.
- Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics activities to ensure the timely and damage-free delivery of materials to project sites.
- Working with logistics partners and warehouse teams on inventory control, goods booking, storage optimization and non-conformance management.
- Maintaining accurate procurement records in line with internal procedures, EPC traceability requirements and audit standards.
- Collaborating with Project Management, Construction, Engineering, Quality and Finance to support aligned project delivery and provide visibility on procurement progress and supply chain risks.

What you bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain or a related role within industrial, construction, infrastructure or energy environments.




- Good understanding of procurement processes, logistics activities, INCOTERMS and vendor management principles.
- Experience preparing purchase orders, managing supplier documentation and monitoring delivery schedules.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
- Good analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP knowledge considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both Italian and English .

Nice to have:
- Previous experience supporting renewable energy or EPC projects.
- Familiarity with Solar PV components, electrical equipment or materials used in energy and infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory processes.
- Experience with international shipments, customs procedures or bonded warehouses.
- Previous exposure to project-driven or multi-stakeholder environments.
