--For our Digial & Data Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for an Assistant NAM E-Commerce Channel InternDuring this experience you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.JOB DESCRIPTIONeCustomer Management- Support the Senior eCommerce Account Manager in the management of the main eCommerce Pure Player customers- Coordinate and secure the execution of the masterplan by interfacing with the main customers and the eContent & Search Team- Support the eCommerce team in creating presentations and eCommerce trade stories for meetings with eCommerce custom- Support the eCommerce team in defining the commercial policy for direct sales channels and guarantee 100% availability- Collaborate with the Data Analyst for the creation of benchmarks, reporting and pre-post evaluation of online activities, suggest areas for optimizationeCustomer Database Maintenance- Maintain and update the online customer database, suggest opportunities and AB tests on activations- Monitor startups and new online sales trends to identify new opportunities- Support eCommerce Senior Account Manager on creating pricing condition, order management by interfacing with internal stakeholderPerfect On-Line Shelf Implementation- Monitor and secure the implementation of online shelf guidelines- Guarantee and supervise the execution of the commercial policy--[#J-ENTERPRISE] [#J-MIN]
