The duties of the HSE Specialist, in its whole, consist in: /p ul liHelp ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations; /li liManage the main processes related with HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001); /li liPrepare and verify of technical procedures and operating instructions relating to HSE system; /li liVerification of compliance with standards of health and safety at work - drafting and updating HS documents (DVR); /li liManage accident and near misses analysis; /li liCarry out all work in accordance with the Regulatory, Legislative and Contractual requirements; /li liCarry out activities concerning the Chemical Management (i.e. MSDS evaluation; Chemical Risk assessment) and REACH impact on HSE activities; /li liEnsure Corporate Reporting related to HSE /li liArrange for Induction periodic HSE training of employees and workmen; /li liInterface with External Bodies (ASL, ARPA, Provincia etc.) during surveillance audits. /li liEnsure compliance of plant operations with regulatory requirements relating to air, solid waste, chemical, water, health and safety /li liSeniority: Junior: 1–3 years of experience /li liHard Skills: Knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations (mandatory)
