ph3Project Development Specialist Bolton Group • Segrate, Lombardy, Italy /h3 pDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p pWe are looking for a Project Development Specialist to join the Mass Market Project Development Team of our Home Care, Personal Care and Beauty business unit, based in Nova Milanese, near Milan, Italy. /p h3How you make the difference /h3 pThe candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating innovation and renovation projects, ensuring alignment with company priorities in terms of timing, costs, and quality. You will play a key role in driving projects from idea generation to go-to-market, acting as a bridge between Business and Supply Chain and ensuring excellence in execution. /p h3How your agenda looks like /h3 ul liManage a wide portfolio of innovation and renovation projects according to a list of our Brands and across different categories, leading initiatives from concept to market launch. /li liLead product development activities, including feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and project planning, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. /li liAct as the main interface between Business and Supply Chain, ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and smooth project execution. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with RD, Marketing, FA, Purchasing, Supply Chain and Plant to guarantee project success. /li liManage relationships with suppliers and production sites, ensuring feasibility, efficiency, and compliance with Company standards. /li liProactively identify risks and opportunities, ensuring timely problem-solving and continuous optimization of project performances. /li /ul h3Your team /h3 pYou will report directly to our Operations Project Development Manager. Additionally,



you will work in close connection with the RD and Marketing teams. You will be part of a cross-functional and dynamic environment, requiring strong collaboration skills, stakeholders' management, and an entrepreneurial mindset. /p h3What makes you a great fit /h3 pEducation: Master's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering or similar /p pWork Experience: 1–3 years in project management, product development, purchasing or industrialization roles within Home / Personal / Beauty Care Markets. /p pSoft skills: Strong project management and organizational skills, Excellent communication and stakeholders management abilities, Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, Ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced environment. /p pTechnical Skills: Knowledge of product development and industrialization processes, Experience with feasibility analysis and cost estimation, Familiarity with project planning tools and methodologies. /p pOffice package (especially Excel and MSProject); SAP is a plus. /p pLanguage: Italian mother tongue and Business English. /p h3What’s in for you /h3 ul liWork location: Nova Milanese /li liContract type: Permanent /li liFull-Time /li liRemote Working: Standard business hours with remote working options available /li /ul h3Curious About Us?
