Garantire la corretta esecuzione tecnica dei progetti e l'implementazione professionale delle soluzioni. Il Field Technical Specialist agisce come principale punto di riferimento tecnico presso il sito del cliente, coordinando tutte le attività sul campo e assicurando il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di progetto, dei requisiti del cliente, degli standard tecnici e delle normative di sicurezza.

Il ruolo richiede una forte presenza sul campo, frequenti trasferte e una stretta collaborazione con clienti, team di progetto, subappaltatori e altri stakeholder durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto.

Cosa farai?

- Supportare le attività di gara e preparazione delle offerte, inclusi assessment tecnici e sopralluoghi presso i siti.
- Sviluppare e revisionare soluzioni tecniche, specifiche e documentazione di progetto, garantendo la conformità ai requisiti del cliente e agli standard applicabili.
- Supervisionare e coordinare le attività di installazione, commissioning, collaudo e avviamento presso i siti dei clienti.
- Gestire le attività in campo collaborando strettamente con clienti, subappaltatori, fornitori e team interni di progetto.
- Fornire supporto tecnico operativo durante le attività di commissioning e troubleshooting, assicurando una risoluzione tempestiva delle problematiche tecniche.
- Monitorare l'esecuzione del progetto sul campo, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, qualità, sicurezza e obiettivi prestazionali.
- Agire come principale interfaccia tecnica con il cliente durante l'esecuzione delle attività in sito, traducendo le esigenze del cliente in azioni e soluzioni concrete.
- Collaborare con i Project Manager per garantire l'allineamento tra le attività sul campo e gli obiettivi complessivi del progetto.
- Redigere report sull'avanzamento dei progetti, identificare rischi e azioni di mitigazione e supportare una comunicazione efficace del progetto.
- Monitorare i costi correlati alle attività di sito e supportare il controllo del budget durante l'esecuzione del progetto.
- Effettuare frequenti trasferte sul territorio nazionale per supportare l'implementazione dei progetti e le attività dei clienti.

Formazione

- Diploma tecnico (indirizzo Elettrotecnico, Elettronico, Automazione o equivalente) accompagnato da una significativa esperienza professionale.
- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Ingegneria Elettrica, Ingegneria Energetica, Ingegneria dell'Automazione o discipline tecniche affini.

Esperienza e competenze tecniche

- Esperienza comprovata in sistemi elettrici, distribuzione dell'energia, impianti industriali o contesti ingegneristici correlati.
- Esperienza nella gestione di attività in sito, commissioning, avviamento impianti o progetti di field engineering.
- Solida conoscenza dei sistemi elettrici, della documentazione tecnica e degli standard di settore.
- Capacità di coordinare molteplici interlocutori in ambienti di cantiere dinamici.
- Eccellenti capacità di problem solving e troubleshooting.
- Buone competenze nella gestione delle relazioni con il cliente e nella comunicazione.




- Conoscenza di base dei principi e delle metodologie di Project Management.
