Responsible management of our production site in Arcugnano (VI) Responsibility for personnel, equipment, processes and for a coordinated management of the department Ensure a productive and flexible manufacturing process to best meet cost, schedule and quality targets Continuous improvement of the production processes Create a production strategy/roadmap in alignment with expected volume growth Setting annual targets for the subordinate lines Personnel management of approx. 60 employees at the site Budget responsibility and participation in investment planning Close cooperation with the interface departments Engineering, HSE, Quality Management, Purchasing,



Finance & Controlling and Sales Collaboration in cross-departmental project teams Application and sustainable implementation of LEAN methods Regular exchange with the main plant in Eurasburg **Qualifications**:
