For our branches located throughout Italy, within the Service area, we are looking for a resource who will take on the role of Service Technician and be responsible for maintenance and repair activities on forklift trucks in the assigned areas.

Main Responsibilities

- Periodic maintenance, refurbishment, and preparation of forklift trucks

- Troubleshooting and repair interventions on mechanical, electrical, and electronic forklift trucks

- Execution of safety tests

- Installation and assembly of forklift trucks

- Completion of Service Reports using IT tools and/or manually

- Providing information to the team regarding customer satisfaction levels, managing any complaints, and communicating commercial opportunities and market information gathered during service activities

Requirements
- Passion for mechanics and electronics

- Previous experience, even if limited, in the repair of durable industrial equipment (forklift trucks,



industrial machinery, earth-moving equipment)

- Educational qualification: Technical Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering

- Strong learning ability and aptitude for teamwork

- Availability for daily travel to customer sites to perform maintenance activities

- Computer skills: Microsoft Office package

- Language skills: English or German at a basic/school level
