This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, and employer branding within an international environment. Support end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling) Source candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases Conduct initial candidate screenings and phone interviews Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)



Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Languages, or related fields Strong interest in Talent Acquisition / HR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and Italian (minimum B2 level) and French (minimum C1) Good organizational skills and attention to detail As a member of the PQE team, you will be part of a challenging, multicultural company that values collaboration and innovation .
