We are looking for a Social Media Producer / AI Enthusiast to build and ship social content for international beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.

Who You Are

- You think in ideas and in formats: you can turn a brand insight into a post, a story, a reel, a grid.
- You have 2+ years in social media, content production, or creative marketing.
- You use AI daily, for images, video, copy variants, research, and you know exactly where it stops.
- You follow beauty, fashion, and lifestyle culture closely: what a brand posted this week, and why it worked.
- You are fully comfortable working in English.

Responsibilities

- Produce social content end to end: concept, copy, visual, edit, delivery.
- Run generative pipelines for image, video, and format adaptation, then sign what ships.
- Adapt one idea into every platform, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, without losing its nerve.
- Keep the editorial calendar alive with the client team: planning, publishing, iteration.




- Bring trends into the work before they are on a trend report.

Requirements

- 2+ years in social media production, content creation, or digital marketing, with a portfolio.
- Hands-on with generative AI tools for image, video, and copy.
- Editing skills for short-form video, plus comfort with design tools.
- Autonomous, reliable, and comfortable in a fully remote setup.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI, particularly Claude, in your workflow.

Strong plus

- Knowledge of the fashion and beauty market
- Knowledge of communication trends.
- Good English fluency
