In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our financial operations, helping us maintain accuracy in our bookkeeping and contributing to our financial planning and analysis efforts. /ppYour responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with monthly reconciliations. Furthermore, you will support the financial analysis processes, providing insights that will assist our leadership in making data-informed decisions. /ph3Accounts Payable and Receivable /h3ulliManage accounts payable by processing supplier invoices, scheduling payments, and reconciling accounts. /liliTrack accounts receivable, issue invoices for B2B clients, and send timely reminders for overdue payments. /li /ulh3Expense Tracking and Management /h3ulliOversee a centralised cost management system, ensuring accurate tracking and categorisation of expenses. /liliMonitor credit card expenses and reconcile transactions monthly. /li /ulh3Bank Reconciliation /h3ulliReconcile bank statements, Wise, Shopify, and other payment platforms to ensure financial records are accurate and up-to-date. /li /ulh3Financial Reporting /h3ulliSupport our accountants to generate monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow summaries. /li /ulh3Inventory Valuation and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
