OverviewAs a Sr. HR Business Partner on the Amazon Advertising People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team, you will provide HR generalist support to a population of tech and non‑tech employees and business leaders. You will partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on internal customer service, employee onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement. You will understand the importance of accurate and timely HR metrics as well as their inputs and impacts.To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data‑driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).



Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
