The selected person, included in the work team, will be able to deepen the following areas:

- Corporate Law
- Commercial law
- Commercial contracts
- Extraordinary transactions and M&A;
- Corporate.

Requirements:
- Degree in Law, brilliantly obtained
- At least 1-2 years of experience on the above subjects
- Excellent command of the English language
- Motivation for professional activity
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

It will be a preferential requirement to have already gained experience in a similar field in structured firms. The growth path includes, together with on-the-job training, specific programs and continuous professional training.
