About the Company

Ittella Italy, a leading multinational in the frozen food industry, is looking for a Junior Logistics Specialist to expand its operations.

About the Role The position is open to someone fluent in English, preferably with a couple of years of experience in a medium-sized company. After an initial training period, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing service/support requests from various customers (American large-scale retail). The position will be based on-site, and due to the time difference with the United States, working hours will be flexible.

Responsibilities

- Management and system updating of customer orders
- Order tracking
- Document management
- Management of customer requests

Qualifications





- Degree in Business Administration/Management Engineering
- Minimum work experience (preferred)
- Fluent English

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Precision and accuracy in data management
- Familiarity with the use of IT systems to manage operational activities and processes (Excel)
