We are looking for a Global Functions HR Business Partner , joining the HR Team, reporting to the HR Senior Manager Global Functions.

This role will partner with business leaders to implement the HR strategy, with focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. Collaborate with business leaders and Line Managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers, providing guidance on people-related matters and ensuring alignment with business needs.

Ensure that HR priorities and initiatives are effectively translated into business actions. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying talent needs and defining profiles to sourcing, interviewing and selecting candidates. Conduct direct searches and proactively identify high-quality candidates through multiple sourcing channels.

Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the company culture and working environment. Support the performance management cycle,



including goal setting, performance reviews and performance improvement plans where required. Manage and support compensation and benefits processes, including annual salary reviews, MBO and variable compensation.

Monitor and analyze key HR KPIs, including turnover, headcount and labor costs, providing insights to support data-driven decision-making. Lead or contribute to key HR initiatives and projects, including organizational restructuring, culture change and HR process improvements. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Economics and Management, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus). ~5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in retail company or in beauty sector. ~ Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. ~ Fluency in English is mandatory.
