The role will focus on automation system support, PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, IT/OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, system qualification, disaster recovery, and the implementation of new and upgraded automation systems. Must-Have SkillsStrong Automation experience within a GMP environment.

Strong knowledge of Siemens, MES, OSI-PI, and/or General Process Control.

Hands-on knowledge of PLC/SCADA, automation hardware, and industrial networking.



IT Security/Cybersecurity experience.

Experience with IT backup and Disaster Recovery.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server and Windows operating systems, including Active Directory.

Basic database administration knowledge.

Strong competency in IT/OT infrastructure.

Ability to assess the criticality of application support issues and prioritize accordingly.

Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or equivalent work experience.
