We are seeking a detail-oriented Italian Data Annotation Freelancer to join a 5-week visual and linguistic AI data annotation project. You will analyze, evaluate, and annotate visual and text data to help train AI models.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete high-accuracy data annotation tasks adhering strictly to project guidelines.
- Apply visual analytical skills and native Italian language proficiency to review and classify content.
- Maintain consistent output to meet daily productivity targets.

Requirements

- Language: C1–C2 in Italian; B2 level in English.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in data annotation.
- Skills: Strong visual analytical skills, rigorous attention to detail, and thorough knowledge of Italian vocabulary and grammar.
- Nice-to-Have: Background in design, visual arts, or UI/UX.

Timeline & Availability

- Training Week (Sept 14th): 5 hours total paid training (2h training, 1h assessment, 2h practice) completed over 2–3 days. Mandatory attendance and completion of assessment (up to 2 assessment attempts allowed).
- Production Period (Sept 21st – 5 Weeks Duration):



Ideal minimum availability of 4 hours per day.

Compensation

- Training Rate: $48 total (for completing the 5-hour training module).
- Project Rate: $12/hour base target (Compensation is based on completed units, using established productivity targets against a base hourly rate).
- Payment Terms: Weekly via PayPal.
