adidas is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Italy to support the Store Manager in daily operations, drive a premium consumer experience, and lead the team on the shop floor.
You will coach staff, maintain Visual Merchandising standards, and ensure store processes meet brand guidelines.
You will help recruit, onboard and train new hires, monitor KPIs, and contribute to profitability while fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.
Fluent in English and Italian is required.
