You will act as the key link between B2B customers, stores, the Sales Team and Logistics, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding customer experience.
You will manage orders and invoicing, support customers by phone and email, coordinate after-sales activities and claims, and collaborate closely with Sales, Retail and Logistics for inventory planning and operational projects.
