We are looking for a Graduate Technical Sales Apprentice to join our Sales team in Milan.
This opportunity is ideal for a recent Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering graduate interested in developing a career in technical sales, business development, account management, and customer engagement within the electronics and test & measurement industry.
As part of the apprenticeship, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sales activities, working alongside experienced sales professionals, and developing knowledge of Keysight technologies, customers, and solutions.
Responsibilities
As part of the Sales team, you will:
Represent Keysight to customers and customers to Keysight in sales-oriented activities.
Support the promotion and sale of Keysight products, systems, and services through inbound and outbound sales activities.
Work as part of a sales team while supporting Account Managers and customer-facing sales activities.
Develop the skills and knowledge required to support assigned territories, industries, accounts, and product portfolios.




Support new customer acquisition activities while helping maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
Participate in lead generation and sales opportunity development activities.
Contribute to individual and team sales objectives.
Develop technical knowledge of Keysight's test and measurement solutions and their customer applications.
Focus on lead development and identification of new sales opportunities.
Qualifications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of electronics test and measurement fundamentals.
Basic understanding of generation, demodulation, and analysis of digital communication signals.
Basic understanding of RF, microwave, and wireless technologies.
Basic understanding of component testing.
Language Skills
Good English language skills, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level).
Key Personal Skills
Team-oriented approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexible mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in customer engagement, technical sales, and business development.
Eagerness to learn and develop within an international technology company.
