LVRSustainable aims to build a global sustainable community and to promote creativity by supporting conscious fashion. **Who are we looking for?** LuisaViaRoma is looking for a **PR Specialist** to join our Communication and PR Department in Milan. **What you will do**: - Support the PR Team in maintaining close relationships with key press worldwide.
- Creation of strong PR communication assets and strategies for press related initiatives and events.
- Coordinate press interviews and press requests on a daily basis.
- Provide support and coordination across other LVR internal departments.
- Support the organization of events in the creation of effective communication material and assets foreach launch and event (mailing list, press releases, face-sheet, press interviews, post event communication).
- Manage all fashion weeks requests (NY, London, Milan, Paris) with different brands for different members of the company.
- Manage internal communication to ensure a smooth running of information across all departments.
- Monitor and analyze coverage across online and offline channels with dedicated media reports and coverage books. **Requirements for this role**: - 3-4 years of relevant proven experience.
- Familiarity with the organization of press releases, press interviews, reports, and press clips.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).
- Fluent English, other languages as a plus.
