/ph3About the role /h3pWe are seeking a Revenue Manager to support our IHC Revenue Cluster Office, with a special focus on the Chia Laguna Resort.
/ppThis is a unique opportunity to work with the Revenue Cluster team of IHC.
/ppThe position will report directly to the Director of Revenue Strategy.
/ppThe role will be based in Chia Laguna for 8 months, with the rest of time home based.
/ph3JOB RESPONSIBILITIES /h3ulliProvide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
/liliApply daily rate and inventory updates /liliPerform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
/liliPeriodic Rate loading within PMS, CRS, GDS /liliSupport the annual revenue budget and Forecast process.
/liliAny other reasonable requests made by management /liliOptimize room inventory, ensure no revenue opportunity is missed.
/liliAnalyse and monitor competitors' behaviour and Market trends.
/liliEnsure web site booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional.
/liliRegularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).

/liliMust be proficient in writing, speaking and negotiating in English and Italian.
