In your role you will report to the bQuality Process Manager /band you will be part of bQuality Department /b.
You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Alonte (VI), Italy.
/ph3Mission of the role /h3pThe Group Welding Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the quality and coordination of welding/brazing activities within the Group.
Is responsible for establishing managing and supervising corporate brazing standards, overseeing compliance and global implementation.
/ph3You will be in charge of /h3ulliHas overall responsibility for the quality of welding / brazing processes, ensuring compliance with approved procedures, qualifications, work instructions and quality controls /liliCoordinate, train and supervise activities of plant coordinators.
/liliMain group reference for welding and brazing technology development.
/liliDefine according to applicable regulations group standards, guidelines and procedures related to welding / brazing processes.
/liliProvide technical support root cause analyses and failure investigations related to welding / brazing when required.
/liliProvide support within supplier evaluation and qualification process.
/liliSupport and train plant coordinators.
/liliMake sure that knowledge and best practices are spread within the group.




/liliContinuous improvement in supporting the development of new or existing welding/brazing technologies.
/liliMake sure that, through local quality organization:ulliGroup procedures and guidelines are implemented.
/liliEssential design requirements, welding / brazing procedures, and acceptance criteria are defined.
/liliProduct and process controls are in place.
/liliPersonnel qualifications are properly managed.
/li /ul /li /ulh3Education Experience we are looking for /h3ulliTechnical diploma or degree in mechanical engineering or material science.
/liliDirect experience inbrazing or welding operations /li /ulh3Qualifications we are looking for /h3ulliEWF certification: International Welding Engineer (IWE) or Technologist (IWT).
