-- We are currently recruiting a talented Lawyer or Senior Lawyer to join our Employment team in Milan, who will be supporting senior associates and partners of the team in advising clients on a wide range of employment matters.
You will be advising leading national and international companies operating in the most prominent industries on a wide range of employment matters including general advice, both ordinary and strategic; assistance on contentious matters and the management of the relationship with trade unions; social security law.
Main duties and responsibilities Managing and advising on a wide range of strategic employment law risks and issues Drafting, advising on and negotiating, as required, a variety of agreements, including contracts of employment, settlement agreements and supporting general commercial agreements involving employment matters Undertaking complex and routine legal cases involving employment matters including compliances, internal investigations and disciplinary matters About you Italian qualified lawyer with great academic results We do not set up upper or lower limits of PQE for our vacancies.
