Network & Application Security Senior Supervisor
Responsabilità principali
Supervisione e gestione delle piattaforme di sicurezza perimetrale e applicativa WAF
Definizione e tuning di policy di sicurezza (whitelist, rate limiting, bot mitigation)
Analisi e mitigazione attacchi applicativi (es. brute force, DoS, injection)
Principali attività svolte
Coordinamento con:
SOC
Network Engineering
Dev e Application team
Partecipazione a CAB e gestione change critici
Interfaccia tecnica verso stakeholder e management
Supporto alla definizione di standard e best practice di sicurezza
Gestione e coordinamento team tecnico
Prioritizzazione attività e workload
Gestione escalation e situazioni critiche
Coordinamento multi-team in contesti complessi
Requisiti
Competenze maturate in ambito Cyber Security ed esperienza pregressa in ambito WAF ed in generale Application security di almeno 5 anni
Conoscenza dei principali strumenti/processi in uso nei Security Operation Center
Esperienza nella gestione operativa di sistemi WAF (conoscenza delle tecnologie Akamai ed F5)
Conoscenza dei sistemi Windows e Linux
Conoscenza approfondita degli aspetti di network security
Conoscenza approfondita delle tematiche di sicurezza informatica
Conoscenza delle principali metodologie e tecniche di Red Teaming
Conoscenza dei principali framework di sicurezza applicativa (Es. OWASP, MITRE)
Doti relazionali e predisposizione al lavoro di gruppo in contesti dinamici
Passione per la sicurezza informatica

Network Engineer Expert (English)

Main Responsibilities
Supervision and management of perimeter and application security platforms (WAF)
Definition and optimization of security policies (whitelisting, rate limiting, bot mitigation)
Analysis and mitigation of application attacks (e.g., brute force, DoS, injection)
Main activities performed
Coordination with:
SOC
Network Engineering
Dev and Application teams
Participation in CABs and critical change management




Technical interface with stakeholders and management
Support in defining security standards and best practices
Management and coordination of the technical team
Prioritization of activities and workloads
Management of escalations and critical situations
Multi-team coordination in complex contexts
Requirements
Experience in Cyber Security and at least 5 years of previous experience in WAF and general Application Security
Knowledge of the main tools and processes used in Security Operation Centers
Experience in the operational management of WAF systems (knowledge of Akamai and F5 technologies)
Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems
In-depth knowledge of network security aspects
In-depth knowledge of IT security issues
Knowledge of the main Red Teaming methodologies and techniques
Knowledge of the main application security frameworks (e.g., OWASP, MITRE)
Interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork in dynamic environments
Passion for IT security
