Junior IT Service Specialist (m/f/x)

Location: Laives (BZ) – Automotive Division, Röchling Group

Main Responsibilities

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes.
- Manage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions.
- Develop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives.
- Oversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management.
- Collaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts.
- Design and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals.
- Serve as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of ITSM and ITIL; ITIL certification is a plus.
- Interest in service management, process improvement, and automation.




- Familiarity with Confluence and Jira is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD is an advantage.
- Interest in reporting and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Good English language skills (B2); German is a plus.

Salary: Gross annual salary starting from 35.000,00 €.
