Luis Trenker in Bolzano is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our Headquarters. You will act as a key link between B2B customers, stores, the Sales team and Logistics to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and an outstanding customer experience.
You will manage orders, support customers by phone and email, coordinate after-sales activities and claims, work closely with Sales, Retail and Logistics, and support inventory planning and operational projects.
