For a fast-growing multinational leader in the industrial sector, we are looking for aLearning & Development Manager.
Reporting to theHR Director Europeand theHead of Learning & Development, the role will oversee Learning & Development activities forItaly(hands?on management of local processes) and serve as the point of reference indeploying global initiativesacross theEMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
Assess training needs and design/implement learning and development programs.
Act as the reference point for theperformance appraisalprocess and employee development.
Partner with managers to identify internal talent, define career paths and supportsuccession planning.
Develop strategies to improvetalent retentionand strengthen employee engagement.
Monitor key talent metrics and provide insights to support decision?making.
Stay up to date on HR/L&D; trends and best practices.
Requirements
5+ yearsof experience inTalent Management & Developmentwithin international, structured organizations.




Strong knowledge of performance management systems and key development initiatives.
Proven experience using and maintaining complex HR systems (e.g.,SuccessFactors, Google Suite).
Fluent English;Frenchis a plus.
Location & Travel
Catelfrranco Emilia(1 day/week smart working).
Availability to travel approximatelyone week every two months.
Offer
Permanent contract.

Indicative salary package:€50,000–€60,000 gross annual, based on experience, plus10% variableand aproduction premio.
