/liliThe job holder must be aware of the Company's approved stockists and will be expected to achieve the best prices possible.
/liliTo ensure correct parts have been delivered and checked off on delivery note.
/liliWhen parts are delivered to identify and allocate to the correct department/site.
/liliTo accurately process orders on in-house system and regularly update internal documents /liliTo liaise with suppliers on a regular basis ensuring service delivery is at an acceptable level and highlight if this is not the case.
/liliTo ensure returned items from engineers are logged in correctly and that engineers are complying to the Company's stock procedures.
/liliTo monitor and ensure stocks and stock items are at the right level,



you will be expected to carry out regular stock checks and audits.
/liliTo keep the parts database up to date ensuring all items are accounted for.
/liliTo ensure that parts still under warranty are returned to stockists in order to obtain credits/rebates.
/liliTo take ownership of Parts Deliveries and ETA dates.
The job holder must have a turnaround time of three days to book parts out and will need to inform the necessary person if this will not be achievable.
/liliTo review invoices, approving those to be paid and highlighting any issues to the Accounts department.
/liliTo take phone calls from engineers throughout the day, so that urgent orders can be processed immediately.
