In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency,



and support the manufacturing of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives worldwide.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPartner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities.
/li liSupport continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency.
/li liSupport production departments in managing EBR events /li liReview batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality.
/li liManage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified /li liPerform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions.
/li liContribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...) /li liStrong interest in manufacturing processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
