Build and run the technical/training/warranty function and team of the company, report to the head of aftersales&spare-parts; department.Responsibilities





Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building;Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction;Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations;Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan;Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans;Responsible for setting up the training classes;Responsible for KPI development of warranty team;Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers;Undertake related tasks of the department;Qualifications

Fluent English and Italian.Experience in the OEM or distributor same position in European market mainstream vehicle brands.
