This role involves working with functional and ELISA assays, preparing reagents and solutions, operating basic laboratory instrumentation, and documenting experimental results. The position is ideal for individuals seeking to build foundational laboratory and data analysis skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform functional assays and ELISA assays in accordance with established laboratory protocolsPrepare reagents and solutions, including accurate weighing and measurement of materialsOperate basic laboratory instrumentation to conduct coagulation and related testsAccurately record experimental data and maintain organized laboratory recordsAnalyze results and prepare written summaries/reports of findingsCommunicate any experimental issues, inconsistencies, or deviations to the supervisor in a timely mannerAssist in maintaining laboratory organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standardsUtilize Microsoft Excel to generate graphs, perform basic statistical analysis,
