It's the perfect role for someone who wants to understand how a complex system really works, not just a small part of it.What You'll Do (and why it's exciting)- Design the architecture of Radar systems operating in real‐world scenarios.- Manage interfaces across RF, electronics, software, power — a mix that accelerates your growth.- Write and review technical documentation that actually matters (SRS, ICD, V&V;).- Work with suppliers, internal teams,



and industrial partners.- Participate in integration and testing — you'll see the system come to life.- Contribute to configuration management and non‐conformity resolution.This is a role where you don't work on a "piece" — you work on the system.Who We're Looking For- Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Mechanical or similar).- 1+ years of experience working with complex systems (automotive, avionics, railway also welcome).- Strong Italian and English skills.- Curiosity, drive, and a genuine desire to learn.Core Skills- System Engineering: requirements, V‐model, interface management.- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.- Hardware/software integration.- Solid technical problem‐solving.- Clear communication across multidisciplinary teams.Nice‐to‐Have Skills- Experience with Radar, RF, or advanced sensing.- MBSE / SysML (Cameo, Capella).- Scripting (Python, MATLAB) for analysis or automation.- Electronic or telecom engineering background.What We Offer- Salary range: 35k€–45k€, based on experience.- Permanent contract.- Growth paths toward System Lead or Technical Specialist.- Real, long‐term, complex projects — not "intern‐level tasks".- A young, technical, collaborative environment.InclusionWe value diversity and promote it throughout the entire selection process.
