- It’s about connection, speed, and instinct. As a **Junior Groups & Events Sales Executive**, you’ll be the first touchpoint for our clients from first enquiry to confirmed business. YOUR MISSION
- Handle Groups & Events enquiries with speed, precision, and style
- Turn client needs into tailored proposals
- Support conversion from opportunity to confirmed business
- Work closely with all departments to bring events to life
- Keep the sales pipeline active, organized, and moving This is not just admin.

- Qualify leads and identify business potential
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contracting
- Follow up consistently to drive conversion
- Support upselling across rooms, spaces, F&B;, and experiences
- Coordinate with Operations, F&B;, Rooms, and Events teams
- Support BEO preparation and operational handovers
- Keep CRM and pipeline updated and accurate WHAT MAKES YOU A W TALENT
