?The opportunity:
As an Account Receivable Assistant you will support the management of the entire customer invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timely collections and smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.




You will work closely with Sales and Project Management to ensure invoices are issued correctly, payments are monitored and accounting records remain accurate.
Expected start date: January, 2027.

? Responsibilities:
Issue and register customer invoices in compliance with contractual terms.
Monitor incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
Manage the accounts receivable aging report and support collection activities.
Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices and payment discrepancies.
Process credit notes and resolve billing issues in collaboration with Sales and Delivery teams.
Support month end and year end closing activities related to revenue accounting.
