The role focuses on planning, designing, and maintaining of bridge structures. /li /ul h3Construction Oversight /h3 ul liMonitor construction activities to ensure that bridge construction aligns with approved designs and engineering specifications; /li liaddress any unforeseen issues or challenges that arise during the construction phase. /li /ul h3Documentation and Reporting /h3 ul liMaintain detailed records of design plans, assessments, and construction activities; /li liprepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing project progress and outcomes. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering General /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMandatory requirement: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato); /li liat least 5 years of experience in bridge design, analysis, and project management, preferably with a focus on transportation infrastructure projects; /li liproficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, LARSA, or MIDAS Civil for modeling and simulating bridge behavior; /li listrong knowledge of engineering principles and techniques related to bridge design, including load-bearing capacity, materials selection, and environmental impact assessment; /li lifamiliarity with relevant design codes and standards such as AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design Specifications, Eurocodes, and local building codes; /li liexperience conducting structural assessments and inspections of existing bridges, with the ability to analyze and interpret assessment data; /li licompetence in using project management tools for planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

The gross annual salary range foreseen is between b€40,000 and €48,000 /b and will be finally defined on candidate's professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role. In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements.
