ph3Junior IT Service Specialist (m/f/x) /h3 pLocation: Laives (BZ) – Automotive Division, Röchling Group /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the design, implementation, and optimization of ESM services, workflows, and ITIL processes. /li liManage and standardize the divisional Service Catalogue across regions. /li liDevelop and maintain integrations with key systems (SharePoint, Azure AD, SAP, APIs) and drive automation initiatives. /li liOversee global administration of ESM and Confluence platforms, ensuring performance, governance, and effective knowledge management. /li liCollaborate with regional teams (Europe, Americas, Asia) on KPI alignment, process compliance, and local rollouts. /li liDesign and maintain dashboards and reports for SLAs, automation, and performance monitoring. /li liEnsure adherence to ITIL best practices, security standards, and continuous improvement goals. /li liServe as subject matter expert and advisor for ESM and Confluence, supporting platform operations and roadmap development. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Management, or a related field. /li liBasic knowledge of ITSM and ITIL; ITIL certification is a plus. /li liInterest in service management, process improvement, and automation.
