For the IMA BFB Division, we are looking for a Production Planner.
IMA BFB specializes in the design and manufacturing of end-of-line secondary
packaging machines and complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical,
cosmetic, and food industries.
Location: Bentivoglio, Italy.
THE ROLE
* Take ownership of orders resulting from the sale of machines or complete
production lines,
performing operational and planning analyses to identify
project requirements and ensure compliance with scheduled timelines.
* Gather and manage all technical and commercial information (custom-designed
components, specifications, materials, etc.) required to support the correct
assembly of machines within agreed deadlines.
* Manage and maintain relationships with external suppliers, serving as the
primary point of contact for activity coordination and material procurement.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Project Management, Assembly
Department, Engineering, and other functions) to ensure an efficient and
consistent workflow throughout the entire project lifecycle.
* Issue and manage purchase orders for components, monitoring progress and
ensuring alignment with production requirements.
* Plan and coordinate logistics activities, including material requirements
analysis and availability monitoring.
