Your role – Are you ready for a challenge?





Operating as a critical component of our second line of defense, you will provide independent oversight and objective challenge. You will lead the management of regulatory compliance and AML/CTF risks, ensuring all operations align with the letter and spirit of relevant laws, regulations, and market standards.

Your Responsibilities Will Be As Follows

Customer Due Diligence (CDD) on clients during onboarding stage and throughout the contract lifecycle;
SARs/STRs duties and responsibilities: investigate anomalous behaviours, gather supporting documentation, and file Suspicious Activity/Transaction Reports directly with the Italian FIU;
Production of required regulatory reports (including risk self-assessment for IVASS/SARA, etc.) and draft ad hoc internal compliance reports for senior management;
Management of the relationships with the Regulator, including handling on-site inspections and
