Key responsibilities
Manage order processing anddeliverycall-offs, including handling customer enquiries and complaints, tracking deadlines, and preparing all required shipping documents (e.g., invoices, ABDs, ASN).
Coordinate operational activities with third-partylogisticsproviders (3PL), including order releases.
Register shipments in automotive customer portals.
Ensuretimelyandaccuratedeliveries for both internal and external SKF customers, covering inbound, outbound, and hub transshipment areas.
Organiseand oversee special transport processes for customer deliveries.
Handle export customs formalities and ensure compliance.
Maintain effective information flow between stakeholders (e.g., factory, sales) and align on customer-specific requir
