ABB E-mobility is looking for a highly motivated Category Manager – IT, Production & EOL Equipment to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. Reporting to the Head of Indirect Procurement, you will own and drive the global sourcing strategy for IT and Production/EOL Equipment categories, delivering sustainable value through cost optimization, supplier innovation, digitalization, and risk management. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Operations, Engineering, R&D;, Finance, and regional procurement teams to shape category strategies that support ABB E-mobility's ambitious growth and operational excellence objectives.
Your Responsibilities
Define, own, and execute global category strategies for IT, Production Equipment, and End-of-Line (EOL) Equipment,



ensuring alignment with business priorities and procurement objectives.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract management across software, SaaS, cloud services, IT infrastructure, digital solutions, and production equipment.
Identify and deliver cost optimization opportunities through spend analysis, demand management, specification challenge, and total cost of ownership (TCO) approaches.
Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships with leading technology vendors and specialized equipment providers to drive performance, innovation, and long-term value creation.
Partner closely with IT, Operations, Engineering, R&D;, Finance, and regional procurement teams to ensure effective implementation of category strategies and sourcing initiatives.
