As a Cashier at Michael Kors, you'll thrive in a dynamic retail environment where every interaction matters. - Maintain client communication as a MK Ambassador through utilizing all available clientelling Apps and tools.
- Proactively manage the CRM database.
- Sales
- Use product knowledge resources to become a confident selling expert.
- Understand business performance and identify opportunities to drive sales.
- Operations
- Operate cash registers and ensure proper functioning of all related devices.
- Accurately process payments and follow company policies for returns and refunds.
- Support opening
