Ephos is seeking an Etching Engineer to own and optimize glass etching processes, bridging R&D; and mass production. You will ensure optical, structural, and cosmetic standards while maximizing yield and throughput.
You will lead DoE studies, coordinate with vendors on baths, sprays, or plasma/laser parameters, and drive process improvements in a fast-moving environment. Remote work is not available.
